I have been working for 8 weeks on my goals creating new habits, a lifelong eating and exercising plan. I had lost 14 pounds as of August 9, this morning I weighed 4 pounds more and I am not giving up, checking my food plan and portions, realizing I am retaining water due to some medication, and upping my exercise regimen. I am "in it to win it" and I know it isn't going to take just a minute. But I need a treat and I think I am going to buy myself a new pair of sketchers. emoticon

Wherever I go, that's where I will be.
