Today did not do any of the "formal" exercises but did
spend approx 4 hours on hands and knees scrubbing my carpets and once dried electroluxing the same. Mowed the back lawn only (2837 steps on sloped section.)and
ended the day with a 1.50 mile short circuit walk to local shopping centre and home.

I'm feeling discouraged :( I did a 37 minute Wii Workout on Jan. 17th and way overdid it ... my lower body hurt so bad for 3 days and then I kinda fell off the 'wagon' and I was so 'pumped'!! I NEED & WANT to get moving on the 10 minutes a day ... a little motivation is all I'm needing :D

30mins of trudging through knee deep snow with my dog then, 5min jumping jacks & 4 mins on running up & down my stairs (with..the dog that HAD to join me....we BOTH didn't fit very well :] )

I'm still doing my walking. Yesterday was a "only 10 minutes" of planned walking day because I was tired from all the walking over the weekend. Today I have more energy, have already done 15 minutes & about to do some more.

Hello All,

I did 17 minutes yesterday on my recumbent bike. I was hoping to do 20 but just couldn't. I am hoping today that I will do 20 minutes and also use my weights too.

I am always amazed how difficult it is to type on an ipad - despite all the spell checking I do! I must look like the worst teacher in the world! Hope I can delete the last post.

Today, I did 30 minutes of rainy day carpool briskly walking kids to their parent's car and then running back to get the next kids in line. It's not the easiest exercise to record, but I did have a good workout nonetheless and even got a little hot doing it despite the 50 degree temperatures. Thinking about listing the workout in my log as 15 minutes jogging and 15 minutes walking.

Hope everyone else was able to get in their sacred 10 minutes...
