WOO! Completed Day One yesterday!

Day Two Today: I plan to do the video on my lunch break at work and either go for a 30 min run outside after work or go to the gym for a step/jumprope/stair master cardio blast.

Very excited to have some structure! My favorite part is that if I don't have enough time in the day to get to the gym I can AT LEAST get a 10 minute vid in and still feel like I did something!

I can't believe it :D Half an hour I thought: "Oh, 10min video per day? Easy!". But then I did this workout and I am all sweaty and my legs hurt :D But the better thing is I like this feeling.

Finished day 1 this morning and got my booty kicked lol! I have been working out for about 3 weeks or so... not exactly sure when I started this journey, and I still got my butt kicked lol. I am hoping to do the first video from this challenge at least 3 times a week, I found it to be fun.

Today is the day to make a change.. not tomorrow..not in a week. TODAY

Just started today, I originally did p90x to lose some weight. After finishing the program I have not really worked out in months and ate healthy enough just to maintain. Finally, I thought that I had "sat on the sidelines" for too long but did not quite have the motivation to do the program again. I am hoping that since these are smaller workouts it will be a good way to get myself into the habit of working out everyday!

Today is my first day and I"m very excited!! I started with the workout this morning and I've planned my meals for the day so I know how many calories I will be taking in. I really hope I can stay motivated. I want to prove to myself and my husband that I can do this.

Thank you! I meant to come back on to say I had found it but I forgot. It was great for the first day! I always feel great after my first day of exercise. It's usually day 3 that I think this sucks let's eat!

Starting on 9/12, tomorrow!!! Gonna get'er done!!! I must loose 20 pounds. So tired of feeling fat. This is do or die time as I told my husband I would get rid of all my clothes that were too small if I did not loose the weight by my daughter's wedding! The wedding is 10/29, so probably won't make that date, but figure if I am on my way, he won't make me get rid of them. emoticon

I just signed up to do this challenge with my daughter. She is 9 and already feels self-conscience about the way she looks. I haven't lost any weight after having my children. I stopped having children 4 years ago. This is unexceptable. I want to be healthy and have the self confidence I deserve. I'm glad I found this challenge. I love challenges and plan to follow through and lose some wieght. emoticon

Hello there everyone;

In week one I did everyday, 30 minutes of a step routine and immediately following, I did 60 minutes of Leslie Sansone 3 mile Walk. Then, I walk up the street to the local grocery store. I walk over 11,000 steps everyday and I am almost down to 158...

That makes me very happy! :0)

Re-starting... Day 1 Done!!!! I highly suggest knee pads.... and a towel for the sweat afterwards... Hopefully by day 28 this should be a breeze emoticon emoticon

Oops! I started last week, did the Day 2 video twice and got really sore leg muscles, and bailed out on Day 3. So...I'll begin again! emoticon We only fail if we stop trying!

I started this challenge last week on day 2 so today was my first day with this video. Does anyone else have difficulty keeping their abs "engaged" on the floor exercises? Seemed it was all I could do to get my legs where they were supposed to go (and most of the time I used the modified version). Looking forward to the day when I can do this without modifying (I hope!)

These are good little workouts... I think that they are great for creating the habit of working out. I am on day 2 and excited to make working out a habit (even if its just 10min a day).

Hello... today is the first day of the rest of my life... My goal is to become strong enough to learn to surf this summer, both physically and mentally... I've been active most of my life, except the past few years I've had quite a few curve balls thrown at me, and I've gained almost 70lbs, of depression weight. I've fought hard to get over my depression, and now I want the world to see what I see when I look in the mirror, a confident, beautiful, fun loving, healthy woman of 30. I want to be able to walk into any store I like and know that i'll find a pair of pants in my size!!!!

I did day one. Almost bailed out on the workout though. I joined this a long time ago but did nothing. This is a restart. Anyone know how to restart the weeks on the settings?

I'm now on Day 4 and am enjoying the short videos. As far as Day 1 video is concerned, I have a hard time doing most of those exercises (Jumping Jacks and both floor exercises) at their pace but I hope to improve every week. I've decided to do the Day 1 video every day. My regular cardio will have priority, but whenever I have enough time I will do that extra 10 minutes. So far, each evening, I think of course I have 10 minutes!!!

Hello everyone I am just starting this challenge for the first time today. I am also going to be trying to walk at least 5x per week. I have a disabled 80lb kid that I will be pushing in a 40lb stroller as soon as school gets out next week, so I guess I might have to work up to going the whole lake walk that I normally do. I walked the larger half last week with my younger son in the stroller and it took me 1hour and 40 min. for 5.3 miles and I burned over 800 cals. We will see how it goes I guess. Good luck everyone keep doing your videos.

Day1, Week 1 DONE! I'm starting the challenge again!!! I've been feeling sorry for myself that I haven't (caught myself and changed from the word "can't") been able to complete this challenge, and why must I keep posting that I'm starting over.

I'm deciding that it doesn't matter if I do start over every single day for the rest of my life!!! I will look at each day as a new opportunity to do better than yesterday, and not let my behaviors yesterday influence my decisions today.

Woo hoo! Starting over has begun. This bootcamp is good and I will complete this before I start something else.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Day One Video this morning. I get up too early for a long workout in the morning, but it was perfect for getting me moving and my blood pumping to start the day.

I am getting back to working out after a long break of 5 months. I have suddenly realized that I am at least 20lbs overweight. For someone who has been athletic all my life this has come as a rude shock. I really need to get back on track and loose all this excess weight.

I hope I can keep the focus and stick to the 28 day plan
