My understanding is that you repeat those same weekly videos all four week. Whether it's week 1 or week 4, after you are done doing the video you can again click on the link at the bottom of the page to add it to your fitness tracker. The way I understood week 2 is to add in 2 extra videos along with the daily ones.

on the week 2 forum, someone said we are to do 7 bootcampones, 2 of our choice and our 5 cardio.
i assumed it was repeat bootcamp although there is another series with the stability ball. so i started that one.i think my email had instructions for week 1 not 2 so i was confused too.seeing as i did my extras first, i'm playing catchup with my bootcamp ones.(did 2 today)
i'm not too great on the computer either.

I am really enjoying this challenge. It helped me hit exactly 400 fitness minutes this last week. I almost forgot about the bonus challenge for week 2 of doing an extra SP video twice during the week. Yesterday I searched through the choices and found "Crunchless abs" and thought oh perfect. Let me tell you..........that was quite a workout, crunches or not!!! Today I did the 20 minute dumbbell workout. I loved this workout and will come back to it more. Thanks to the challenge I am trying different videos that I wouldn't have even looked for earlier. My first weight loss reward will be an exercise ball so I can try some of those workouts.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday :)
