I weigh 126-127 lbs. My bust is 34, waist 28, hips 38/39.

My goal is to weigh 111 or 112. I want my waist to be 25 and my hips to be 36/35.

I am happy with what I have already achieved but it does not hurt to aspire to the best I can be!

What is critical to me is learning to eat more food throughout the day, especially in the AM and eat less in the PM.
