Well I had a good day and a bad day yesterday. Good- I took a walk, did strength training, and did some stair climbing at my daughters school but the bad was I ate some ice cream that I really shouldn't have and today I am almost 2 pounds heavier. I am re starting my streak though and I will stick with it. I just hate going up and down. I so want to see the scales going down more.

Was stiff and tired today, so I took it easy on myself, but did a little bit of yoga at home to stretch out and warm up my muscles a bit, and felt much better for it.

Today I am going to a paired food and wine dinner: I don't know if I will be able to pay the price today, but I am going to try to enjoy it in moderation. Tomorrow: a 90 minute workout session!

I paid the price by doing my 15 minute jog, taking a short walk break, then adding on another 5 minutes. I should be on track to complete my goal of 20 minutes jogging nonstop (2 miles) by end of this month.

Yesterday I stayed on track with my food and made healthy choices. I did only a little walking yesterday because I'm taking a couple of rest days from exercising, which is something I really think my body needs right now. It's hard for me to do that because I have gotten so in the habit of exercising but it's something I really need so for me that is a healthy part of the journey.

Yesterday I paid the price by going for a walk (almost 3 miles) and some swimming in the evening. Today so far I paid the price by taking another walk about 2 1/2 miles. And with this heat I am sure I will be hitting the pool!

Hmmmmmm - let's see - not eating and exercising on an empty stomach. Not a good combination at all. I wouldn't call that paying the price. Eating healthy, making good choices, etc - that is paying the price.
