Click the "start" button in the top left hand corner of your Spark screen under "My Tools". Scroll down and look for "My Goals" on the lower left hand side of the screen. Click on the calories goals you have set, it should say "change" written in red, click on that. Click on the button that says "add another nutrient to track." That should allow you the option to add carbs to your daily tracker. They will give you a suggested amount, but just enter how many you want and then click "save." I hope this helps, if not contact the Spark tech support. They are great at helping you navigate the site.

Give up everything you love, and everything that tastes good = weight loss! Simple as that!

"Eating what stands on one leg (mushrooms and plant foods) is better than eating what stands on two legs (fowl), which is better than eating what stands on four legs (cows, pigs, and other mammals)"....... Chinese proverb
"Food is not love, comfort, or an anxiety pill."

I was wondering (I have looked everywhere I could think to look) if there is a way to alter the daily carb goal? My doctor has put me on a low carb, and I can't figure out how to change it to the range the doctor has ordered me to follow....Any help would be appreciated.
