Right now I'm struggling with making the time to exercise. I'm getting my walking/steps in but I'm slacking on the weight lifting and toning as well as the stretching.

Both are difficult for me, but with the colder weather it is harder for me to exercise. I like to walk outside and just don't enjoy indoor activities as much. I have noticed that when I get the exercise under control, the food part of the equation is much easier.

Both for sure. When I plan I do well, but it is not always easy to plan food. Time is also a factor in getting exercise in. Again, planning is key, but time is not always on my side.

"Other" I cannot control my portions during our families Sunday dinners. It is a large Italian family dinner and NO ONE controls portions and they eat A LOT. It all tastes so good.
