Google couch to 5k music pods. I found running into shape. They have different versions. I did rock. It was walk 5m, then alternate 1m run and 1.5 walk with a five minute cool down walk. She tells you when to walk and run. Loved it

It has been a long time since I've done a Couch to 5K and I'm really excited and also really curious about some of the changes that have happened since I did one.

For instance, a long while back when I did one I was able to download music that would tell me when to run and walk per the training. I am absolutely loving the way this training is set up, and wondering if anyone knows of any apps where you can input your own run/walk time goals with music? Anyone have any thoughts?

Also, I have been using Spotify and I noticed that there is an actual run portion that you can set up so it changes music to match your pace. Has anyone used that extensively? I am not a paying member, but I'm curious if there is a way to make your own playlist work with this kind of running thing. Or maybe there is a fitness tracker that would coordinate? I am waiting for my Leaf tracker to arrive any day now, but I am sure it doesn't do this type of stuff. YET... :)

Excited to hear ideas from you all.
