Carry a can of Bear Spray!! It will help you feel more comfortable and you can use it on 2 and 4 legged creatures.

Also, why not take a self-defense class for women! Empowerment and some physical fitness!

I want to start trail running, anyone know any good places to start around Surrey?

Im kind of nervous to trail run, not because of the running but because of being alone on a trail... ya know?
