Walking.

I'm in Burnaby too and I walk from work along Burnaby Lake Park. I don't want to complain about the weather because it's so hot, but I also want to get some exercise in.

I just wish I could gear up to run.

Mornings, for sure. No matter what the time of year, if I don't exercise in the morning, it just doesn't get done that day.

With temperatures in the Lower Mainland set to be high for the next 3 days I am planning to do my cardio workouts in the morning and later in the evening.
Let everyone know how you handle getting your daily cardio in the heat.
