Sorry, but this challenge is WAY out of my league.

Sure, I got through 200 crunches on Day 4, but the last 150 were lousy.
Same with the 100 Skaters...

I think I'd best find a 'challenge' that is geared for someone other than a fitness instructor!

Oh my good lord!!
This challenge is supposed to be a 'gradual' build up??

Day 1 and 2, not what I'd call 'easy', but not so bad

But Day 3 ...
50 Burpees and 50 Kickdowns .. Neither of which I'd never heard of, btw, and good luck getting my butt off the ground .. tough, tough!!
But okay, I still did it .. in stages!!

And tomorrow... Day 4 ??
200 Crunches ... (from 50 to 200?? .. Really?)
and 100 Skaters???

This is 'gradual' build up?? emoticon

I'll be in hospital by day 6 !!

I don't think this challenge was meant for an overweight 57 year old .... LOL

Well... again then..

I started this challenge today as well.

Crunches... no problem
Planks... looked much easier than it was !!

I might be in trouble!!

Also...
Is there an easy way to get these things on our activity tracker??
Or an easy way to link this to our home page or something?

I'm searching all over the place trying to find 'stuff'

Truthfully Ken I haven't yet, I was gonna get that plan together this weekend. As soon as I check it out I will let you know, I find it strange they would want another browser... Let's see if I can figure it out

So, Heather, did you try to download the items from the link, and did you have to download Genio first? I'm not sure I want yet another browser on my computer but it seems as if I have it : ( Hope it doesn't interfere with how I'm used to using my computer!!!!

My neck was killing me sitting at the computer for the past several hours.
A GREAT time to stop, and do my 50 squats!
Done..

I did my squats both yesterday and today...

oh... and according to my Fitbit report, I walked 28 miles last week.. that's over my goal!
