Hi Trisha and WELCOME!

i have Lyme and many, many complications from it. i had been very overweight for most of my 50 some years, until i found the ketogenic diet. my symptoms are far less, the pain is much better. and as an added bonus i lost close to 150 pounds...
when i looked at it i never thought i could do it. i own a bakery..not eat sugar and flour? but my doctors encouraged me, stating the benefits. I said i would give it 3 weeks, because, well,. Thanksgiving and Christmas!!
by then i had already started to see the health benefits, and have now been keto for going on 3 years. and never, EVER going back....

the best part is, there is no cost. no program or products to buy. just clean, whole foods. amazing what a difference it all made...

you are living with a lot..if you want to try keto let me know and i'll help. i understand its not for everyone, though, and will support you whatever you choose to do....i just know that keto can help so many!!

Hello everyone I have Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjorgens and Fibromyalgia. I have a hard time exercising and trying to loose weight. With the fatigue and pain it is difficult. Just wanted to see if anyone is out there like me so we can talk about diets and 🏋️‍♀️ workouts. TIA. macandtrish🦋
