I've just bought the book The Metabolism Plan and I was looking at the cleanse and saw broccoli. I adore broccoli but I already know that it gives me gas and bloating. I also saw chicken in there and I suspect I am currently having a reaction to chicken. Is there a list of substitutes somewhere? I would prefer to test these two food items in a regular test and since I eat chicken almost every day I should probably wait on that test. I'm just not sure how to even get started with this.
