That video is fantastic -- especially for seeing portion sizes. Here is some info I found that is very specific as well.

Thanks GENIE118, you're the first one I've seen on this team. That's good to know that you are still losing.

I really don't have a problem with the portion size, it's all 3 meals and 2 snacks I can't seem to get in the habit of. But, maybe if I cut down (like you did) on the portion size, I could get all the meals and snacks in. I will try that! Thanks again. emoticon

It is hard to get in all the food FMD requires, so I just cut back a little on the portion size. Really, how can one diet fit everyone perfectly? I do follow the food plan but sometimes don't eat as much as the plan says I should. Still losing, however!!

Inch by inch, anything's a cinch!

I will be glad when I'm hungry enough to get in all 3 meals and 2 snacks. emoticon

Anyone else having this problem?

Thank you for the You Tube link. The link is very helpful as I do not have the first book yet. I ordered the Food RX book which was not helpful for a beginner. As have many of you, I have tried every diet program ever invented -some with a little success, some with no success. The reason I am going to do this program is I am age 74 and my metabolism has changed noticeably within the past three or four years. My weight has steadily crept up and cutting back, eliminating certain trigger foods, counting calories, etc., etc., has not worked for me. I feel that I need to pay attention to the metabolism and try to build it up. I have 20 pounds to lose to be a healthy weight, so looking forward to Thanksgiving in a healthier body.
