Just happened upon this team today---and today this was the SP image the website gave me when I logged in....kind of goes nicely together, hm? This is my favorite thing--challenging myself to do better than I've ever done before.

I thought it would be fun and encouraging to get a group of people together who are working towards their goals. Our commitment will be to do 100 of something every day....
100 jumping jacks, 100 push ups, 100 squats....
whatever 100 things you want to get done for the day!
You can do them all at once or break them up throughout the day!
Once you have completed your 100 for the day, you just post a new status:
For example- Monday- 100 Done!

Then, your friends and teammates can cheer you on. Just think of how many reps of different exercises you will get done in a week, a month and a year if you do sets of 100 per day!

We are not looking for perfection....just a commitment to take this small,consistent step forward!
