OK. Thank you this answers the question I had about if we do the previous days as well. Since I am 72 doing just the day I'm on will work for me.

The idea is just the workout for today, not to do previous days in addition to this one. But if you feel like today's workout isn't enough b/c it's very short, you can add more to it if you want.

Hi all! Newbie here on day 3.

Day 1 kicked my butt, but after some friendly support I was able to get it done. My question though, are we suppose to repeat the previous exercises along with the new one each day? I ask because days 2 & 3 were so short, I wasn't sure if it was all I was expected to do. Thx!
