Thank you I am really enjoying it and it is leading me to more activities like being willing to work out in the garden.

Be proud of your 15 minutes. It's a great cardio workout, and a fun way to whittle the middle.... emoticon

It isn't much but it is more than I was doing before. Improvement is what I am after. Also I mentioned in a previous post that I am disabled. I am limited in what I can do.

NYTERYDER, when I worked, I would go to bed at 9:00 PM & get up at 4:00 AM to walk out
side, all year long. Where I live now there are so many dogs prowling, I walk in the house about 45 or 60 minutes a day. I hope everyone has a Super & Blessed Saturday!
DIABETIC99 Is that all you do is a dance for 15 minutes. It doesn't seem like much.

hey ny I'm disabled now but when I was in the military a 15 minute workout was enough 3 times a week to keep everything where it belonged. warm up stretch, 1/2 mile run, 40 push ups and 40 set ups and hit the shower. But maybe it is different for the guys. Now I dance for 15 minutes in the mornings to get me back into the swing of things.

I am currently unemployed, so I figured it would be a good idea to see how long it takes me to go through a morning routine with a workout. My findings: 2.5 hours. When I am working, I work an 8-5 job and I don't see how a morning workout is really feasible. I would have to get up at 4:30AM in order to have a morning workout session. Worse, that would mean being in bed by 8:30PM in order to get in 8 hours of sleep. I don't see how I can possibly go to bed that early.

I'd like to hear from other 8-5 workers on how they deal with a morning workout routine. Thanks!
