Week 1 Mini-Challenge:
I will post mini-challenges for each week that can help us to reach our goals. If you are already doing what I post, keep it up. If you are not you can use them to get you going.
Remember it will be the healthy habits we keep up that keeps us going when motivation
is running low, and our teammates and our teammates can get that motivation sparked again. By the end of the month we will have formed some good habits to use long term in
our healthy lifestyle. Here are our challenges for our first week:
Personal Challenge:
1. Track your food everyday this week.
Group Participation Challenge:
1. Post something in the group at least once this week in addition to Friday weigh-in results.
(This can be an inspirational quote/picture, how your day was, your workout for the day was,
commenting on another teammate's post, etc.)
3. If you want to we can start doing "Leslie Sansone Walk At Home" We'll just do it 3 times a
week.

Welcome to our "Lose 5 Pounds In June Challenge!" This challenge group is for anyone who needs a goal for the month and the support they need to reach it. It is always a place where
you can come to keep yourself accountable. We are all in this together and we will be here for encouragement and motivation to keep us on track.
WEIGH-IN INFORMATION:
We will post our weight loss for the week every Friday. Post your starting weight on the first of the month and then our weigh-in's will be each Friday after that. If you have a different day
that you already in that works better for you, you don't have to change it. Just come in and
post your results for the week from whenever you weigh-in each Friday. This way everyone
can come in on Friday's and see how well everyone is doing. MAKE SURE TO POST A NEW REPLY WHEN YOU POST ON WEIGH-IN DAYS INSTEAD UPDATING ORIGINAL
START POST, makes it easier for us to see how you did and comment/congratulate you.
It will enable us to cheer each other on and keep us accountable. Our last weigh-in of the month will be the last day of the month. Here are our weigh-in days:

How the group works:
Come in and encourage each other. Come in as often as you can or as much as you want
to. Let us all know how you are doing. Share your journey with each other. The ups and downs the good and bad. Give support to others if you see someone struggling and ask for
help when you need it. This is all about knowing we are not alone.
This group is a place where we are challenging ourselves in a group setting. There is no
competition here. We are all on the same journey but with different stories and we can come
together to inspire, motivate, encourage and lift each other up along the way. There is no one 'winner'. We are all winners when we start the challenge, complete to healthy lifestyle
and complete it healthier than when we began. The person we are in competition with is our
selves. Our Old vs. Our New Self. This group is for all of us to be surrounded with support
and love for each other.
We will have mini-challenges that you can participate in each week to help us create healthy
habits. The challenges will be non-scale victory goals. This will also give us accomplishments to focus on other than the scale and keep us on the path towards losing
weight and living healthy.

Have fun and be healthy. Remember the most important thing is that you are living a healthy
lifestyle. The weight loss is a benefit of that. Also remember not to let the number on the scale dictate your value. Having a goal is a good thing, but don't be discouraged if you don't
reach it. Don't fail because you didn't put in the effort, but don't be hard on yourself if you give
it all you got and didn't lose all 5 pounds. Challenge yourself and see what happens! Also have some non-scale goals and see those victories you accomplish as well!

Remember we are here for you and cheering you on. Together we can do this.

I wanted to let you know our team is starting our "Lose 5 Pounds In 30 Days In June Challenge Group!" It begins June 1st, but you are welcome to come in and introduce your
self before then. All the information about how the group and weigh-in's work is on the first
