I get my walk/run in first thing in the morning, before coffee or anything. It can be very pleasant to get out when it's quiet and the world is still waking up. Then I feel great that I got it done and feel motivated to do more. Good luck!

Make exercise a priority. You're doing it for your health. Remember, it's not selfish to do things that will make you healthier. Diabetics need to exercise, it helps to control blood sugar.

Make an appointment with yourself. Put it on the calendar, and don't let anyone interrupt you. If you don't have a lot of time, take a 10-minute walk. You can do that a couple of times a day.

March in place while watching TV. If you have hand weights or resistance bands, you can use them sitting down while watching TV.

Turn on the stereo and dance for a few minutes.

Look at the exercise videos on Youtube and here on Sparkpeople. They can run anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. You can surely squeeze some time out of your day.

Look at what consumes a lot of your time. Do you surf the web, spend too much time on Facebook, watch too many cute animal videos? They are all time wasters, and you don't get much benefit from them.

Only you can decide what's more important - you health, or reading on Facebook what an old friend made for dinner last night.

Here are some SP articles to help you get started.

Does anyone know how do you exercise when there are so many distractions that are not even human?
