I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast with apple juice, carrots, cherries, and added some green powder with spinach, kale, spirulina and other greens in it. And some Emergen C vitamins, that include B vitamins and electrolytes.

For lunch I had a baked potato with chili on top. Yum! (homeade vegetarian chili) emoticon

For breakfast, made big fruit bowls: banana, apple, mandarin oranges and blueberries! Paired with an egg, cheese, turkey sammich on whole wheat... 617 calories, but kept me going until well after noon!
