Tried 2 new recipes using spaghetti squash. One was a mini quiche in muffin tins that is very tasty, low in calories and fat. Will even make it for friends for lunch

So far today, I've had 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries and a banana.

Yesterday, I had that an a vegan black bean soup that had onions, celery, corn and carrots in it.

I had a smoothie (chocolate protein) and 1 Banana (small) and 1/2 c mixed fruit. I usually eat a banana and an apple a day! To keep the Doctor away! LOL
