what do yall think about using lavish bread for wraps it only has 5 carbs per a sheet of bread .

I use a 60 calorie chia wrap with lots of veggies and about 2 oz. protein a lot. But I also simply use plain old unhealthy white bread too, with low fat bologna, or tuna or whatever. I often have a half an ounce of chips too. I just count my calories to be around 300 for lunch.

I made a dense bread in the machine yesterday. I can slice it very thin for those days I eat bread.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.
