Whenever I want to stop exercise before the full reps and sets are completed I keep going.

As soon as I wake up I get a bottle of water which is already 16. Then I walk to the speedway for a 44 ounce and drink that on my way home. Two for one. I get my 3 mile walk and the water

With May just a day away Iíve decided to publish my plan for the month to see if that helps me stick with it for more than just May 1st
Ultimate goal to lose 4 lbs by 31st May

So
W/c Monday 30/4/18
Daily
Start with a 30 minute walk (me time and planned exercise) directly after breakfast.
Plan meals to fit 50/30/20 scheme
Plan meals to stay below 1300 cals
Plan meals to include at least 20g fibre

W/c 7/5/18
Daily
Increase the walk to 40 minutes
Meal planning as before

W/c 14/5/18
(Hotel Monday to Friday with mum)
Planning will be more challenging BUT
Increase the walk to 50 minutes daily before breakfast
Choose wisely from the evening menu and fit the rest of the day around it

W/c 21/5/18
Hotel Monday to Monday with friend
Same food planning challenge as last week BUT
Increase walk to 60 minutes before breakfast.
