I LOVE this idea! I get the feeling the more humans I interact with the more likely I am to stick to this (752nd) effort. I am an extrovert, but can fall into a rabbithole of ALL ON MY OWNness, which is conducive to not a single thing. Been heavy for as long as I can recollect and, at nearly 41, I am ready to SERIOUSLY STOP carrying about this nonsense.
I have fibromyalgia and all of the glorious little bits of magic that go along with it. Today that means I feel as though I am wearing a shrug sweater of pain, I'm fatigued to the point of having been pounced upon by not one, but TWO wild naps, and am so brain foggy that I pro'lly couldn't think my way out of a wet paper sack.

I will work on my Sparkspage and post more(and more coherently) when I am less cognitively impaired.

Anyone interested in getting our Chat Room going again? The last one I saw was in 2017, come on everyone, we need to be friends and find out how our lives are going.

I'm a writer, like my name implies and so naturally I spend quite a lot of time on the computer, and I am returning for about a year or so hiatus from Spark People. Some days there are just not enough hours. But when you have a day like that don't let guilt be your main reaction. We sometimes can't do everything, we're just human. So if it causes you to break a streak, or you didn't have time to record your food, just let it go. Stay in a positive frame of mind.
