I just started day two and I'm new here. My question is I plan on vacation next Saturday for a week. Will that cause problem with the challenges. Will it reset itself and pick up where I left off when I return. I plan on picking healthy choices on the cruise and getting in activities. Thanks.

Take a look at some of the videos on SparkPeople TV (the Videos tab at the top of most of our pages) and there are a lot of shorter workouts, a lot around 10 minutes, that you may find helpful or at least get ideas from.

Any suggestions on the 10 minute work outs - I did some exercises today but I didn't do a full 10 minute work out.... i did look up some 10 minute exercises from Pinterest and most of those exercises I would need to work up to those type of cardio exercises...

Simply could not do breakfast today. I like breakfast but I am coughing so badly. Do I do the day over tomorrow or just move on?

Hello, how do you get notified of each new challenge? I think I missed yesterday's challenge cause I have so many groups and challenges that I do that its hard to keep track of one that changes every day.

While you do get water from foods and other beverages, I would only count actual water in your water count.

so if its not water u cant count it as water like ( coffee) for example I need to know?

I drink at least 5 cups of water a day besides a pot of coffee in the morning and at least 3 servings of sparkling water. Lots of liquids sometimes I include a glass of juice in the afternoon with my glycol in it. I usually use flavored water but sometimes I need a change of pace.Lots of liquids I understood the challenge to mean only drink of water. Thanks for the clarification.

My life tomorrow will be the result of my attitudes and the choices I make today.

KERRY4614 - You certainly aren't done. If you don't drink water at all, perhaps you can try to change the challenge for you to drink 1 cup of water today (or something similar that is a challenge, but attainable for you). Does that sound like something you can do?

I cannot commit myself to only drinking water on Day 8. Does this mean I am done? I need my coffee I take a lot of medication for health challenges and drink coffee to keep me going through the day. Asking me to just drink water is not a small changes.
