Set my timer every 2 hours 4x a day to add 250 or more steps at a time. Hopefully this will help me to get in more activity and eventually make 10,000 steps a day a new normal for me.

Goals....cutting back from 4 cans of Mt dew to half a can a day. Instead of downing a can when i want a bubbly shot of flavor, i'm taking a small sip, relishing it, and putting the can back in the fridge.

Its a small start, but the rewards of knowing i can make one change will be a spark to bigger & better!

Today I decided to restart my life here are my small changes:

I'm going to start tracking my food
Getting at least 45 minutes of exercise 5 days a week
Try and this is so hard to get 7 hours of sleep a night
Try to keep myself positive, not just with my weight loss journey but with everything!

Today I started this challenge so for my first day here are my goals. Simply put is to get back into exercising and walking...oh and drinking 8 cups of water, at a minimum a day!

It is a beautiful fall day. When I went outside to the trash bin I decided an extra walk would be pleasant. After walking for two days during our Fall Festival I was feeling a bit stiff. I took a lap around the block and feel better for doing it. emoticon

Today's small challenge is: I went on my bike for working reasons however, but I enjoyed being out there although its getting a bit colder autumnlike outside and giving my body some excercise for about at least 20 minutes!

My goal is to start which I just did today and plan/do/find new excercise ways to jumpstart my weightloss again. The healthy eating habit already is there, now I have to move a lot to REALLY make it work for me again. I love SP.

Loosing weight is not easy.

Today's small change is my salad had raspberry vinigraite dressing instead of my usual low calorie blue cheese salad dressing. It still has too many calories. No more for me at least for today and hopefully more.

Eating breakfast...I do have breakfast but its not when I get up. I take medication at 5:00-5:30 and can't eat for a few hours. So if I check this off my challenge is it cheating??? I do have breakfast I have it a few hours after I'm up...

my challenge today was getting exercise. i just didn't feel like it but got it done. took my dog to
a park. never been to this one before. it was ok. not much walking trails but did get in 15 min.

I understand about cleaning up. When things are messy (and that is frequent at my house), I find it difficult to move on to accomplish my goals. Getting things organized makes me feel more confident and in charge.
