4. Continue Strength Training

I just finished a big bowl of long beans, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, asparagus and fern shoots. They were all blanched (except for the onions and tomatoes), and drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar. Eating veggies couldn't get any better.

Creating a new normal with gratitude and grace.
