My goal for today was to get up early and exercise for 30 minutes. I actually got up at 5:30am and did day one of the "True Beginner" program from The Daily Burn. Taking action early in the day has really helped me have a better outlook on the rest of the day!

Today my goal is to up my water intake. I can't remember having any water yesterday I think I'm too quick to turn to diet fizzy drinks and coffee. emoticon

Today my goal is to make more conscious decisions. I do ok in the mornings, but by the time the kids get home I seem to forget that I'm on this journey :(

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. I saw your food tracker note on the SP Class of Dec. I really hate journaling though I just downloaded the app where you can scan bar codes. Now to figure out how to get it on my journal. Do you know how to do that?

This has been one of my goals many times and will be again many more. emoticon


My goal (Just for Today) is to drink a glass of water 20 minutes before each meal. I will write myself a reminder to leave at my place setting at the table. emoticon

I missed having water before breakfast but I will make sure to drink before lunch and supper.

Okay, pick ***ONE*** reasonable and reachable goal JUST FOR TODAY and put it out there by replying to this post. Saying your goal out loud or typing it out and sharing it with others really does make a huge difference. Don't worry if you think your goal is too small or 'whimpy'. The plan here is to SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS, not for failure. Choose something that you CAN and WILL do and make it SPECIFIC. Then, you need to break it down into steps that will help you achieve that goal. You CAN do this, one day at a time.

Okay, now, what is YOUR goal JUST FOR TODAY???
