9/14: 920 steps, may not be accurate as I am working with an app on my outdated cell phone ( Windows). Working on getting a FitBit or other band to track steps and HR, any suggestions?

Your doing great. I started my goal at 8000. I didn't make it much during the 1st week, but became more conscious of my steps and now meeting a 10,000 goal.. Keep it up!

I find that my Google fit tracker will give me the information in SparkPeople but when I check the information on my phone app it gives me all new information.

I was on vacation from June 19- June 26, I walked a lot. We went to KY, TN, GA, and OH. We climbed Mountains and walked through museums, aquariums and Zoos. I got 42,408 total steps recorded from the Spark Activity Tracker. My Google Fit Tracker said I did 48,994 total steps. The problem with the trackers is that you have to wear them constantly but at night I had to charge my phone and I removed my shoes so did not get all steps I took recorded.

So, I'm happy that I finally found a way to track my steps. Last night after dinner, my husband and I took a walk. I ended up with 11,299 steps total for the day :)
