October was a failure for me. I kept within my daily calorie count (somewhat) but due to a lot of troubling things in my life, I have been borderline uncaring about success. Looong story, but I hope November helps me to get past the issues holding me back. Wish me luck.

I'm like Renee (OHANAMAMA) in that my plans were good but the execution of those plans were not so good. So I agree with her, I need to keep the same plans but just follow through with them!

Exercise, Iím sticking to the new Physical therapists routine...got to get this shoulder working right ... itís been a year since my total shoulder replacement, and I am really tired of not being able to do the things I want to do.

Diet, I have been at or below my doctors goal weight for me for two months doing Keto. Making adjustments to carbs For maintenance has me bouncing around a bit, but I plan to stay here for a bit. Then set a new, lower goal weight

My plans were awesome, my execution of said plans were lame, so plans stay the same, but what I want to change is the follow through!
