My goal this week is to recover from the "UNDER-DOSE" withdrawal! After nursing my husband on Monday, and not taking any food or medicine all day, I felt so good I just stopped taking ALL my pills for days and the result was torture. Dr. has me getting back gradually to my schedule, some of it new, some just a re-organization of when to take what. (With food, empty stomach, no other pills, etc.) I feel like I'm 120, which is only 45 years away!

My goal this week is to REFOCUS!! I need to dedicate some time to refocusing and getting my mental, emotional and physical state all on the same page and engaged in progressing toward my goals.

I am setting the goal of not getting back on the scale until next Saturday. I've regressed on my scale habits in the last month or so. No benefit to jumping on four times a week to check ounces! No more. I can wait a full week.

Our bodies don't always lose according to our schedule but I am on target to meet my weight loss goal for this year. I will continue doing what I've been doing. Eat healthy, whole foods. Avoid sugar. Only eat within my IF window. Still working on consistently getting enough sleep. I have improved so much.

Exercise 4 - 5 days a week.
Decrease soda to 3 days. Working on weaning off soda.
Have healthy choices ready available in the frigid.
Keep up my water intake.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
