yes! That works for me most of the time...it's just that pesky paperwork. Just got the documentation through to change my son's transportation to his day program...and now I have an online training and daily reports for my oldest to finish. I did better last night and had fruit while I was finishing the forms that needed to be sent back with my school kids today. I just need to get more done earlier so I'm not still struggling through the last of it after 11 pm.

The best way for me to avoid snacking is to knit of crochet. Can't be eating if my fingers are busy elsewhere.

Wishing you all a beautiful and successful day!

Evening snacking is getting me. I'm not hungry, but start eating to stay awake while I am trying to catch up on paperwork and answer emails, especially for my kids. I really need another PCA, but so much incompetence out there! Ugh!

Toast and ice cream or sherbet. I seem to get addicted to them. The toast thing surprised me. The ice cream/sherbet not so much. I am trying to eat low carb to help with diabetes and if I succeed in that I won't be eating a lot of toast and ice cream.

I had problems with exercise for a long time because I would get bored. When I was doing stationary bike I started watching a game going on in the gym and it looked so fun that I decided to learn it. I play pickleball now 2 days a week for 3 to 3 1/2 hours each time (actual play time about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, sometimes more depending on the length of rests which depends on how many are playing). I am looking for other ways to add more exercise. Either a dance class and/or Silver Sneakers Classic and maybe yoga though the last bores me.

Okay what is the hardest part of your weight loss journey? Is it overeating? is it exercise?

For me right now it is a combination of too much snacking in the evening and not enough time spent on my feet.

Have a great Day
