Because I always seem to gain over the weekend despite my best intentions, maybe if I'm realistic about it I won't go too far in the wrong direction!

I'll also be constantly repeating my new mantra: I am a fit and healthy person who consistently makes good food choices!

I don't know why but I've gain half pound this week, I have been doing my cardio, strenght training, healthy eating and portion control for most days (on wednesday I went to Friday's and had a California Club Sandwich NO french fries though)... Maybe My body is on strike or something... anyways I will try to exercise a bit more this weekend maybe I manage to lose 1.6 pounds... POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!

This weekend there should be nothing to sabotage the great week I've been having. I'm doing my long run (a whole 6 miles) tomorrow morning and generally I weigh the least right after that run (even if it is water weight).
I am really going to watch my extra snacking and stick to my regular during the week eating habits.

Reaching your goals takes time. Reaching the impossible takes a little longer.

I actually have nothing going on this weekend and so I am planning a big healthy weekend full of good food and lots of exercise and playing at the gym!
