HA!! Weighed myself this morning and am down to 244!! Course I still have tonight (lasagna and cake - DD1's b-day) and tomorrow (ribs, etc. for Labor day) to get thru but I'm feeling pretty motivated so yay!!

Well, I didnt have a chance to step on the scale this morning and I am sooo not doing it tonight...
but my goal is to track everything I put in my mouth for the whole weekend

.......Ok.. I weighed in Sat morning (this morning) at 153 so for Monday I want to still be 153! emoticon

141.5 Monday

I hit my low on Thursday at 141.5 and was back up a little this morning because I had a bigger dinner last night I guess. My goal is to be careful this weekend to get it down to the new low.

emoticon so glad to have a long holiday weekend ---sure do need it after this week ---what a relief that Hurricane Earl didnt' come ashore here.

Hope to have a relaxing weekend with DH, perhaps will go to the movies tomorrow --so will need to pay attention to snack choices & moderation.
