ok so this sounds like a great idea to me that some one started back a long time ago, and it kind of fell off. Well lets start something similar so we can help the pounds fall off. So in the office mini challenge is as follows:

Wall pushups 4 sets of 15 reps 3 times a week(this will also help you with one of our team golas! It's like a 2 for 1)LOL

While sitting in your chair each day at your desk do calf raises, at least 50. Sit at the back of your chair or where your feet touch the floor flat, and press up and down on your toes to raise your calfs

This is just a start to get us going. More will be added so keep watching and checking in. Good luck all

Okay guys! I have a real challenge for those of you who are brave enough to make a total fool of yourself for 15 minutes a day!

So, I've taken control of the wellness in our company at this office and for my team I have created a small workout plan. Its a bit intense but if anyone would like to participate you will definitely start to see results!

Okay, so once in the morning and then again at night we walk the stairs in our building (12 stories).

Then, throughout the day we do the following:

20 desk push-ups

20 Triceps Dips

20 Hip Thrusts
(Sit on edge of chair with hands against back of
seat. Walk feet forward, away from chair,
until legs are straight.
Keeping back straight, legs together and abs
engaged, push into palms and lift body into
reverse plank, forming a diagonal line from head
to toes.
Exhale; lower hips, bending elbows, to 1 inch
above seat. Inhale; press hips up)

50 squats with the tookus all the way to your chair

30 chair lower ab crunches
(brace yourself on the arm rests of your chair,
bring knees to your chest)

And that's it! It will definitely be difficult and you will feel it the next day, but you WILL see results in a week! If you add your walk to it and give it a month you'll definitely see some major changes!
