Nothing like putting things in writing. NOW, here I am on 08/15, reading what I was going to do for "JFT" ( and that was on 07/31) emoticon Hmmmm.....I could say the same thing for today. We have created a very BAD habit. He comes home from work and when he is ready to eat we eat. And, he puts the food on the plates and then we eat. HELP ME HEAVEN. emoticon I need to change this.

JFT... I will measure my portions for dinner and not let DH serve me. I know he puts too much on my plate. I need to take responsibility for it. emoticon
