I did a new workout called slow robics today!

Basically, it's low impact cardio!

It lasted for 40 minutes!

Same deal peeps!

3 cardio seshs of 20 minutes per sesh &
2 ST seshs of 20 minutes a sesh

At least, but if you really can't, that's ok too!
Just keep trying!!!!
