Maybe you could try not going so hard on the exercising or maybe cut what you're doing as exercise in Half. The reason why the calories you need goes up after you exercise is to get back the calories you burned to meet your recommended calorie intake. Meaning the more physical exercise you do the more your calorie range to intake will increase. However, the less you exercise the less you will be able to play around with how many calories you can take in before going over. I just like to exercise because it makes you feel great afterwards and I like to eat so it allows me to be able to play around with my RCI if I JUST MUST HAVE ALOT OF CALORIES.lol

I typically will eat between 1,000 and 1,500 calories a day when I'm tracking it but exercising increases what I'm supposed to be eating and I just haven't been able to keep up? Any suggestions? I know that sometimes when you eat too little calories you can go into a hibernation like state(Not what it's actually called I don't think) but your body keeps all the fat and stuff to store because of it.
