That's emoticon to be able to go that long. I use the treadmill but can't even go half that long. I use to be able to go almost an hour, but not any more. I didn't even know the equipment had a limit. Learn something new. Keep up the great work.

I like Supernatural but seem to miss it. I know the one guy used to be on my soap, 'Days of Our Lives', Jenson Eckles.

I can't read while I'm bouncing up and down on my elliptical (I usually go at a pretty good clip), but Netflix is my savior for passing the time during a long-haul cardio workout. I've lately been watching old episodes of Supernatural, which are almost an hour long. I once almost maxed-out the timer on my elliptical because Independence Day was on TV...They really should make the timers longer than 99 minutes!

zis that like a stepper, has two peddles and push down on one and then the other? There's nothing to hang onto. I get a little bored with it but I should get it out. Can't read using it. Wish I could use it while on the comupter but at least I have my peddler for that.....oops, should be using it now.

I like to read on the treadmill too. I have a portabel pedal machine that sits on the floor. I do that while watching TV.

Love my treadmill too. I watch TV and read a book usually. Have you been watching the Doctor Who Revisite? It shows an old show of a past Doctor. They've gone in order from the first Doctor. I think the next is the 7th Doctor. It comes on the end of the month. Last one was the end of June.
I've been trying to find my Irish ancestors with no luck. I'd love to visit. Pictures make it look so beautiful.....is it?
I also live in Florida. Hope we miss that tropical storm Chantal. So far so good.

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.

Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.

And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;

The result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this team but I've been a Whovian since I was a little girl in Ireland. Now I live in Florida and get to share Doctor Who with my fifteen year old son - how cool is that? Anyway, like most people here, I've struggled with my weight pretty much my adult life and I know what I need to do but have trouble getting started. For two weeks I've been saying I was going to start using my treadmill (since I'm too embarrassed to go to the gym) but I couldn't find the safety key. My wonderful husband found it a week ago and since then I've been coming up with excuses not to get on it. Well, last night I did and it seemed like forever so I was trying to think what could I do to make the time pass? (Last night I tried to read my Kindle but it didn't seem to help much.) Then the light bulb went off! I can watch episodes of Doctor Who whilst I walk on the treadmill! And it worked. I can honestly say that today's fifty minutes went by twice as quickly as yesterdays. I'm only allowing myself to watch the episodes when I'm on the treadmill so I'm looking forward to tomorrow already. Yay me!
