July 3 `12 10 minutes, rest was weights. Day I took hubby to gym.
July 4 -20, intervals for three miles down to beach with daughter, prob. ran 20min or so.
July 5 -30, 2 miles in 20 - rest phoned in. Went for long walk afterward.
July 6 -15 minute sprint intervals - really have gained speed. Dead tired and still sore.
July 7 -REST
July 8 -40 minute run
July 9 -REST - just a couple of walks about 45 minutes
Total -115 minutes of cardio

July 10 -90 minute run to lake, then to ocean and back again.

July Cardio Challenge

How many minutes of cardio can you get in this month?

Everyone has different cardio goals, so this month your challenge is to post your minutes of cardio daily. If you have a rest day, of course you do not need to post for that day.

If you have the total number of cardio minutes you completed for the previous month, list them, and see if you can be that number!
