1. 1000 minutes of exercise.
On track. Dh has started walking with me in the evenings, so doing great here. Actually, doing great on steps now. I've had over 8,000 steps for a week now and many days I'm over 10,000 steps.

2. Track all food daily.
Not 100%, but definitely tracking more and eating healthier.

3. Find 3 positive things about each day.
I post this every day on another team's site, so doing great at this one.

Checking in so I don't forget, and I am hiding from the hotness.

1. Walking, get in my steps. Minimum 10k, preferred 20k +. I need to watch my feet as some of my shoes are giving me trouble.

I was doing more excellent until the heat cranked back up, now i need a nap after being outside for my walks. So hot. Ugh. But I am getting in 10k min and usually 20k. Bring on FALL!

2. Stretching and/or WT daily. I got some body weight apps for motivation. I need to add a little something different.

Most days minus a few missed days mostly due to migraines.

3. Goals should come in threes apparently. Uhh, Get something in the yard under control.

Got some poison ivy taken care of in the back yard. Good times.
Also got some yard planning done. Going to do some yard mitigation on Sept. The weeds are fighting back. We need to take care of them before they develop basic language skills.

My half month check in:

1. 1000 minutes of exercise.
I'm already over 500 minutes, so on track.

2. Track all food daily.
Not great, but I am tracking more and eating more mindfully.

3. Find 3 positive things about each day.
