As for me:
1. 1100 minutes of exercise. I've been shooting for 1000 minutes and meeting it. Dh is walking with me, so I'm getting more now and think 1100 minutes is a good stretch goal for me.

I currently have 1080 minutes. If I can convince dh to walk tonight or do some yoga in front of the tv (me without dh), I'll get there.

2. Track food and stick within ranges.

This is similar to your strength training goal, Loren. I'll try again next month.

3. 8000 steps per day.

Really did well with this. I'm in a step challenge at work and am currently in 15th place, but I'm really happy with my progress. Other than a few days early in the month, I have made the goal every day. I've even gotten a few days over 12,000. I'm sitting at a little over 7,000 steps today, so should round out the month on a roll.

End of the month round up!

Walking:
10k min 20k goal, 20k+ stretch. Daily
I like walking. Out everyday. Got in at least 10k and a few 30k.

WT:
12 times per month
Haha. HAHAHAHA.


Yard:
Get the display part of the yard under control and looking better.

The yard looks pretty good. I helped where help was needed. I even picked out and ordered a tulip tree and helped with the planting. Gonna have shade one day!

Thanks for the reminder. Glad you are making progress in most areas.

As for me:

So far this month, I have logged 665 minutes. So, I'm on track. Having dh walking with me has been good motivation for both of us. We're getting in at least 25 minutes of walking at least 5 days a week.

2. Track food and stick within ranges.

This one is a mix. I track through lunch well, but then it falls apart.

3. 8000 steps per day.

Had a few low days, but have a 9 day streak going.

Half month check in


Walking:
10k min 20k goal, 20k+ stretch. Daily

Good. I always get in my 10k, usually my 20 and sometimes 30k.

WT:
12 times per month

This is not going well. Only once this month. Oy!

Yard:
Get the display part of the yard under control and looking better.

This is going very well. DH is doing the bulk of the work, but I am doing my parts and being supportive when it is a one person job.
