Halfway Check in:

1. 1000 minutes of exercise. Stretch goal 1100 minutes. Over 600 minutes so far, so on track.

2. Track food and stay within ranges. I've gained some weight despite exercising more because I'm eating too much. Need to make this a priority. Still need to work on this.

3. 8000 steps per day. Well over on all but one day, so going well.

4. Find 3 Positive things each day. Every day.

I can't believe we are over half way though October already!

So far...

Food:

Two veggies (or veggie and fruit) with every meal. This means some planning ahead with shopping.
Ding okay with this.

Healthy snacking, not grazing.
Doing better with this.

Only one sweet treat a day, and it cannot be used as a snack. Make it worthwhile.
Doing good with this.

Stop eating when full.
Doing much better with this.


Walking
10k min, 20k+ goal 30k stretch daily
Check!

Yard
Keep working on the yard, keep the new tree alive.
The tree is still alive!

For me a higher focus on food:
