MAY you be happy- do something fun today went for a good long walk.

MAY you be rested - sleep well tonight
MAY you be hydrated - drink your water today
MAY you be strong - strength train today
MAY you have peace - get that me-time today reading a book.
MAY you have love - give hugs today (virtual counts!)

SPECIFIC: Drop 1 dress size, Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 5 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. After gym I can go for a swim or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and make a conscious

As we finish the month of May, let's challenge ourselves this week to do something different every day.

"MAY YOU ..." be healthy each day, by completing one-of-the-tasks each day (your choice, any order you wish).

Copy & paste the "MAY YOU..." list/asks, then come back here each day to post the date (or dates) you complete them. Try to do at least 1-a-day, so that you accomplish all the healthy habits throughout the week (you can duplicate, doing more than 1-a-day, too, of course).
