SPECIFIC: Drop 1 dress size, Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 5 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. After gym I can go for a swim or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and make a conscious

6/1 - today was my day one back on spark people and Im just rejoining challenges and groups and getting my bearings. Im so grateful to be here
6/2 - 40 min
6/3 - 30 min
6/4 - 50 min total - 15 min walk and 35 min yoga session
6/5 - 60 min total - 35 min yoga session and 25 min walk

6/1 20 - vacuumed the living room.
6/2 10 - with eldergym.com
6/3 60 - errands and grocery shopping (and for me that is quite a day!)
6/4 15 - gardening
6/5 15 = cleaning

Have not tracked this past week! Need to get back on track.
6/10 30 shopping and errands
6/11 10 serious cleaning in the kitchen
