1200 calories, burned extra 100 calories and had 5 freggies today.
Day 15 emoticon

So far 14 days emoticon and 1 day emoticon (over ate but paid up) emoticon
It is easier to say no to a craving than to work those extra calories off.

My goals are to burn an extra 100 calories each day and eat around 1200 calories daily.

Well, I made it a complete 75 days. But then had a crushingly busy day and couldn't get day 76 done.

So, now on day 3 again.

I don't feel bad about not making the 100 though. I am pretty proud of myself.
