Comments:

02/01 - dined out with a friend in a very raucous environment which appeared to overly tax my system, since extreme fatigue followed for multiple days

02/06 - trip to Costco & Home Depot apparently too much for me yesterday. Also, Cioppiono appeared to give my body grief: congestion and woke with headache that has lasted throughout the day. Slept 11 hours 30 minutes last night.

02/22 - took first purposeful walk in 9 months and sleep was extremely bad! Rough night. Pain bad!! Will see how the next few days go.

02/27 - took another purposeful walk which was also followed by disturbed sleep.

Body does not appear to be tolerating the physical exertion from the walks well. As much as I want to move, I likely need to continue to cool it as I've been medically advised.

Goals for this month: I need to reintroduce exercise into my schedule. Having been busy packing my house in Senegal did slow me down some and now that we have arrived in Canada during winter, I need to get moving and fast.

Exercises done:

Feb 1 - Total 222: Housework and walking
Feb 2 - Total 443: Walking while doing lots of shopping
Feb 3 - Total 334: Walking the dogs twice plus reshuffling furniture around
Feb 4 - Total 165: Walking the dogs twice plus some light housework
Feb 5 - Total 224: Walking the dogs twice plus some light housework
Feb 6 - Total 179: Walking the dogs twice plus some movements at home
Feb 7 - Total 152: Ditto
Feb 8 - Total 280: Walking a lot while shopping
