You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

I have been working out daily now for about 2 months. I start every morning with 32 minutes on elliptical, then various weight machines, depending on the day. As I was wrapping up my usual routine Saturday, I noticed that a class was starting that I had wanted to check out. HABIT (Hips Abs Buns and Incredible Thighs). It was a few minutes before start, so I asked the instructor if it would be good for a beginner, and she said yes, to sit out or modify anything I needed to. So, I decided to stick around, I didn't have to sit out or modify, but it did kick my butt. Sunday, when I woke, my legs were so sore, it even hurt to sit on the toilet (tmi, but that is how sore my muscles were). I thought, there is NO way I can work out this morning, I can barely walk! I had just about talked myself out of it, and in comes my daughter. "What are you doing here, shouldn't you be at the gym?" I told her I was really sore from the class. She gave me a look that said she wasn't buying it, and said, "Well, wouldn't it be better to stretch it out, then sit on it? And mom, even if you can't do the elliptical, why not arms, or something else on the machines? You can work SOMETHING out!" Needless to say, I took my sore legs and went to the gym, I pounded out that 32 minutes on the elliptical, and it did decrease the soreness, then I worked out my arms. I felt so much better. So, guess I have a motivator in my own house!
