i keep no sugar added applesauce/fruit cups in my desk. i will bring lara bars and a few other things that do not need to be refridgerated. at night i will back some fruit that i will keep in the refridgerator, we have had issues with bugs in our buildings so we dont want to keep fresh stuff in the desks, but i do keep stuff fresh items in containers and use them for breakfast or morning snack

I am sooo excited I finally grabbed for a good snack in the afternoon instead of a bad one. When it comes to sugar, I know it only gives me about a 5 minute boost but still couldn't get myself to grab for something other than that snickers bar. Today I didn't!!!! I have been keeping a stalk of celery in the lunchroom fridge at work and a jar of peanut butter in my desk drawer. Today I happily reached for that instead and feel an energy boost almost as big as the boost of pride I feel at finally beating that snickers fix. Celebrating with you and asking all to share their good snacks that help you through the day!
